Justin is the code warrior of the team, our XMPP/Jabber guru and an internationally recognized coffee epicure. He's responsible for all software development. His in-house "openaether" toolkit forms the backbone of Qunu.

Still the project lead on the Jabberd 2.0 open source project, and a code contributor to the Mozilla and Firefox projects, Justin has always sought varied and challenging positions that utilize both his administration and development skills within the Linux and open source technology area.

He worked for Microsoft from 1999 to 2001 and was a founding member of the Jabber Foundation, the steering committee for the Jabber/XMPP platform. Previously he designed and developed a point-of-sale system and has been involved with Linux since the 90s.

Having been involved in software development and marketing since 1995, Helmar (40) is widely known for his work on outstanding products such as Geoworks Ensemble, Opera, Sonork and BeOS. His involvement with Opera Software was instrumental for the company gaining world-wide acclaim and profitability.

For the past 13 years Helmar has been running his own Customer Relationship Management consultancy. His "Diamond CRM" model is used across the world as a model for customer-centric business transformation. He regularly speaks at international CRM conferences. Helmar is responsible for marketing and business development, customer relations and the strategic management of the company.
